HINDS-BOCK'S CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IS DESIGNED WITH OUR CUSTOMERS IN MIND

 

Hinds-Bock’s building has allowed the company to improve its overall mark on the food, bakery & specialty chemical industry.  Hinds-Bock Corporation has been a privately held company dedicated to meeting the needs of food production, bakeries, cosmetics and specialty chemical companies for high quality piston & servo depositing/filling equipment and systems. Our experience in the design, manufacture and marketing of filling and depositing equipment and related automation actually dates from 1962 and the Philip Bock Corporation, which pioneered air powered piston filler technology.
 
Hinds-Bock is headed by President Gary Hinds.  Vice-President of Sales and Marketing is Lance Aasness.  Rod Gregg guides sales and international marketing representatives as General Sales Manager.  Corporate headquarters and manufacturing plant is located in Bothell, Washington, northeast of Seattle.
 
Complete product testing and refrigeration area.  Hinds-Bock’s in-house testing facility includes depositors and a fully stocked inventory of test spouts, pistons and cylinders, moving spout bridges, hoppers and controls.  The test facility also includes the ability to bake and mix product.  Our facility includes a full size walk-in refrigerator and freezing capabilities.
 
Complete parts inventory department and experienced customer service personnel.  Our parts department is extremely efficient, typically shipping inventory parts the same day of the order and supporting machines that are over 30 years old.
 
Dedicated Engineering Staff.  Our engineering staff designs custom equipment and special modifications for our standard machines to meet specific customer needs. Our production department includes a fully equipped CNC machine shop, a welding shop and experienced electrical and mechanical assemblers. Computer aided design (CAD) is an integral part of custom machinery design.  Standard equipment can be adjusted to customers' needs cost effectively.
 
Engineering and Production departments utilize State of the art 3D modeling design software. Hinds-Bock’s engineering department utilizes the most advanced three dimensional computer aided software. Solid Works 3D Modeling creates accurate 3D models that automate a full range of design and development processes, reducing costs, and improving product quality.  It is ideal for post engineering and pre-manufacturing reviews with the customer, enabling our engineering department to thoroughly review every aspect of the machine design. Jim Hinds, co-founder of the Hinds-Bock Corporation was an industry leader and innovator starting his career in the food machinery manufacturing business in 1968 with the Philip Bock Company and then co-founding with Philip Bock, the Hinds-Bock Corporation in 1976.  Jim retired from active day-to-day duties at Hinds-Bock in 1996.  Jim Hinds will be missed by all that knew him.
 

Membership
Our equipment is USDA, FDA and AG Canada approved and built to 3­A standards for dairy applications. In the baking market, we hold BISCC certification. We support our industry with our membership in:
