HINDS-BOCK PRE-DEPOSITED MUFFIN & CAKE DEPOSITING LINE
Hinds-Bock is the leader in the manufacturing of pre deposited muffin lines. The Hinds-Bock family of pre deposited muffin lines are available in several sizes for production rates ranging from 264 to 800 muffins per minute, with capacities up to 18,000 pounds per hour, for either baked or predeposited frozen muffins. Automatic tray denesting, automatic paper cup denesting and batter depositing using our industrial depositor are included.

These highly efficient lines can be operated with a minimal amount of labor and the high percentage of up time leads to high yield and low operating costs. The Hinds-Bock industrial depositor utilizes diving spouts for clean accurate depositing of the most viscous batters including those containing a high concentration of frozen fruit or berries. Optional modules includes a moist streusel depositor, a dry ingredient topper for nuts, sugar, chocolate chips, sprinkles and oat flakes and an extra large intermediate hopper which can be insulated and will accept multiple batches from the mixing bowls.

HINDS-BOCK'S SNACK CAKE LINE IS FULLY AUTOMATED FROM START TO FINISH
     
From the multi-row indexing conveyor, to the automatic tray denester, spray release agent applicator, roll-away batter depositor, to the dual moist streusel depositors, this system was conceived for the high speed production of snack cakes, with minimal labor. These custom systems provide an increase in efficiency and profit due to the level of automation. Automatic placement of the trays eliminates unneeded labor. The accurate and targeted application of the spray release agent improves product quality and de-panning efficiency. Highly accurate batter depositing with a batter depositor designed specifically for the application assures deposit accuracy. Ease of set-up, operation, sanitation, and maintenance of the depositor guarantees a high level of accuracy will be maintained for years to come. This systems also targets moist streusel or dry toppings onto the snack cake batter and spreads the toppings onto the cake. This system will operate at the highest level of production through-put, with the lowest level of labor, all the while affording the highest efficiency in return. Universal Diving-Bridge Batter Depositing Line can be configured to meet your production and plant requirements. Ideal for high volume bakers or plants with varieties of muffins, cupcakes, cakes, or specialty loaf cakes. Ask about our transfer pumps and icers.

Batter depositor features diving positive shut-off spouts for bottom up filling. Prevents stringing or trailing of batters and allows for clean handling of even the thickest products. Spout centerlines are adjustable with no extra tooling required. Also available: automatic tray placer, paper cup placer and dry ingredient depositor.

HINDS-BOCK CONTINUOUS HIGH SPEED AUTOMATIC CAKE LINE
     
Designed to run 2-3 shifts a day with continuous high speed production rates of cake batter, Hinds-Bock can custom design a cake production line specifically for your pan configurations. From large pistons and cylinders to easy swing-out, interchangeable spouts and accurate depositing, you'll be able to produce a more consistently baked product while reducing product waste.

These lines can be equipped with a targeted pan oiler that allows for the oil to be sprayed only into the pan cavity and not on the pan rim, which tends to lead to longer de-panning and longer clean times. Like the spouts on the depositors, the oil spray nozzles can be easily adjusted to handle many different pan sizes and shapes.
   
     
Equipped with a PLC, it has a large capacity memory for storing many different pan recipes   that can quickly be called up for that desired production type.  
     
         
 
     
HINDS-BOCK MUFFIN AND CAKE DEPOSITOR WITH U-SHAPED CONVEYOR
 

Hinds-Bock’s Automatic Cake and Muffin Batter Depositors can be equipped with a pan transfer mechanism allowing a single operator to easily load the infeed conveyor and to unload the discharge conveyor for pan racking.

The pan transfer mechanism allows the infeed and discharge conveyor to be ergonomically designed very close to each other to make it easy for the single operator. Many depositors are available to meet the speed requirements of oven, freezer or mixer.
