Industrial Metal Pan Depositing
Lines are expandable for your ultimate
production requirements and are

versatile with the highest throughputs in the industry. Features
built into the family of Hinds-Bock Industrial lines allow the
accurate and high speed running of a wide range of products
including mini muffins, cupcakes, muffins, loaf cakes, layer cakes
as well as quarter, half and full sheet cakes. Various size
bundt and ring
cake pans can also be handled.
Automation modules
can include pan oiler, paper cup denester, industrial batter depositor,
diving positive shut off spouts, moist streusel depositor, dry
ingredient depositor, multiple depositors with automatic swirling
station for marbled products and transfer pumps. The Hinds-Bock
industrial metal pan lines are highly efficient, requiring a minimum
amount of labor and designed and manufactured for maximum up time.

HINDS-BOCK RING AND BUNDT CAKE LINES PRODUCE MULTI-
FLAVORED CAKES WITH MULTIPLE TOPPINGS
Hinds-Bock's
new Ring/Bundt cake line produces multiple flavors or swirl
patterns, and applies various toppings such as nuts or streusel. The
extremely versatile line can dramatically reduce labor and wasted
product, and can be manufactured in single or dual lanes. They offer
single and dual piston batter depositors, capable of depositing many
flavors of batter into the pan at different stages down the line.
Divided hoppers also are available. These allow one dual-piston
depositor to run one flavor while the other side of the machine runs
another. Specially designed 360-degree custom ring positive cut-off
spouts are provided on the depositors to deposit the batter around
the ring cake
pan while keeping it off the center cone.
The lines offer
optional swirling devices that can automatically swirl two types of
products, such as batter and fruit, in the
difficult 360-degree pan.
Targeted dry topping units
for streusel or nuts
can be
added to the
line, as can a custom Hinds-Bock moist streusel targeted topper.
The Hinds-Bock Ring, Angel, Layer and Sheet Cake Line is a fully
automatic high volume depositing line designed to increase productivity,
decrease labor costs and improve the bottom line of our baking
customers. Optional automation modules include: Pan Oiler, Primary
Batter Depositor, or a Secondary Depositor for swirled, layered batters
or fillings such as fruit, cream cheese, mousse or chocolate.
Optional Positive Shut-off Spouts
including Ring Cake Positive Shut Off Spout, cleanly deposit around the
center cone of the Ring Cake Pan. Additional options include:
Automatic
Swirling Stations; Dry Ingredient Depositors for nuts, chocolate chips,
sugar, sprinkles or flakes, or Streusel Depositors for high fat
streusel; and are available with automatic spreading systems for ring
cake pans.
The line is designed to operate with
individual or strapped pans and is available in single or multiple lanes
to meet the production speed requirements of even the largest wholesale
bakery.
